These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Emerald Gifts website and any purchase made through it.

2. Products
We sell personalised mugs and curated gift kits. Products are made to order based on the personalisation details (text, images, colours) you provide at checkout.
3. Personalisation and design approval
The preview shown at checkout is a digital representation only and not the final artwork. After purchase, we will contact you by WhatsApp or email to confirm and approve the final design before production begins. Production does not start until you approve the design.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within the Republic of Ireland only. A flat shipping fee applies as shown at checkout. Estimated production time is 3 working days after design approval, followed by courier delivery time via An Post.
6. Order acceptance
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, error in pricing, or unavailability of materials.
7. Right of withdrawal
Personalised products made to your specification are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law, except where the item is faulty or damaged. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Irish law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
